Please inform AG Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please let AG Apartments know your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property.

Please note that reception is open from Monday to Friday from 11:00 to 19:00 and on Saturday from 11:00 to 14:00. Please note that reception remains closed on Sundays.

If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform AG Apartments in advance.

Please note that arrivals after 20.00 are subject to a surcharge of EUR 30, after 22:00, EUR 50 and after 00:00, EUR 70. Arrivals on Sundays or public holidays, are subject to a surcharge of EUR 25 during the day and after 20.00 are subject to a surcharge of EUR 30, after 22:00, EUR 50 and after 00:00, EUR 70.

Upon arrival please provide your credit card information to preauthorize EUR 250 for incidentals. This amount will be released upon check out, subject to a damages inspection.
