| Please inform Loft Bairro Alto in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note that late check-in after 20:00 has an additional cost of EUR 20 and after 23:00 has an additional cost of EUR 40. Guests should contact the property in advance with their estimated time of arrival. Please note that a security deposit of EUR 150 will be charged at check-in. This amount will be refunded at check-out if no damages are made to the apartment. The property will send an email after booking with key pick-up and deposit payment instructions. Please note that from the 1 January 2016 a city tax of EUR 1 per person, per night is not included in the total price and should be paid on site. This tax is charged to guests with more than 13 years old. It is subject to a maximum amount of EUR 7 per guest. |
