| Please inform Longridge Road Apartments By Flying Butler in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of GBP 250 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note the apartments reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards on the day of arrival at least GBP 200. Reservations made for weekend days may be pre-authorised up to GBP 500. As an extra measure against increasing fraudulent activity in London, Flying Butler will ask you to provide a copy of your photographic ID and a copy of the card used to make the booking at the time of confirming your reservation. These documents may be sent securely via email to the Flying Butler team. If you are not able to provide this, payment for your reservation cannot be processed and therefore the reservation will not be accepted by the property. Should the maximum number of people per apartment be exceeded without authorisation, guests will be charged. Please note that Flying Butler operates a strict no party, no gathering policy. The main guest must be at least 18 years old. All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
