You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note the picture at the top of this page are a selection of the different apartments located in the Raval area. Please select a date and click on the apartments to see the pictures of the individual apartments. A security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival for incidental charges. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out (after 9:00) and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Guests planning to check out before 9:00 should pay the deposit by credit card. The deposit will be refunded after damage inspection after 9:00. Please note the property will contact you with payment details. Please note, 70 percent of the total amount will be charged in cash upon arrival. Please note, credit cards are not accepted. Please note that Old Town Ramblas Apartments has no reception.
