Call the House Manager approximately 15 minutes before arriving at the apartment. The House Manager would then meet you at the apartment for the check-in. Please keep in mind that there is no reception area in the building. Contact details will be provided after booking. Alternatively, should you be unable to call, please proceed to Shaw House, 6 Chesterfield Street, Mayfair, London, W1J 5JQ to collect the keys. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), there will be ample hand soap and hand gel in every bathroom and toilet. Towels in the apartment will be changed daily. Linen will be changed as often as guests request it to be done. The property will provide guests with an unlimited supply of masks and gloves. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), the property can arrange for a daily food delivery service for guests who are self isolating. Fresh water will be available for all guests in the apartment daily.
