The Presidential Suite also known as Suite ME is a duplex suite with terrace, located on floors 9 and 10 and offers views of the London Eye, House of Parliament, Trafalgar Square and the River Thames. The Suite also offers a integrated media hub, a 46-inch TV with surround sound, a Sony PlayStation, a Nespresso coffee maker and a bathroom with a Bali shower and a bath. Guests will receive a free iPad for use in the room during their stay.

The Superior Room, also known as the Energy Urban Terrace, is located on the 8th or 9th floor and features a balcony with a seating area and views of either Covent Garden or River Thames. It includes Egyptian cotton bed linen, free WiFi, an Nespresso coffee maker and an interactive LCD TV with surround sound. Also featured is an en suite bathroom with a rain shower. The room benefits from 24-hour gym access and an iPod docking station.
