Saturday dinner menu:
-traditional Easter soup, traditional recipe
-Green salad with nuts, cherry tomatoes, Cretan dakos,
soft cheese and balsamic vinaigrette
-Lamb medallion with herbs and traditional katiki cheese
served with homemade mash potato
-Strawberry parfait served with hot chocolate sauce
and caramelized almonds

Sunday lunch menu:
-Canelloni with smoked turkey, mushrooms and parmesan cream
-Colourful salad with mushrooms, pine nuts, graviera yellow cheese and prosciutto
-Roasted lamb in a hull with herbs and oven cooked potatoes
-Panacotta with caramel glace and fresh fruit
