| Please inform Stratford Luxury Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of GBP 150 is required. The host charges this 3 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note, the number of guests occupying the room should include children in the total amount. The property will arrange a code number for the door entry system. Keys will be ready to collect from a safety key deposit box inside the main entrance. Early check-in is possible subject to availability. A valid payment card and photo ID must be presented at check-in, and card holder must be present. The hotel accepts all major credit cards. Guest must pay the damage deposit of GBP 150 in advance by credit/debit card. We also require a copy of a valid photo ID of the lead guest prior to arrival. Smoking is not permitted in the property. A GBP 150 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest if evidence of smoking is found in their guest room. Some rooms may have different décor and linen colours from the photos.
