Please inform Sun Beach Resort Complex in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please note that the children's program, animation & entertainment activities are available from beginning of May to mid October.

Any type of extra beds or baby cots is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Extra charges will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Central air-conditioning is available in the resort free of charge from 1/6 to 30/9.

Please note all room types have single beds except the deluxe and premium apartments that have a king sized double bed in the bedroom. The Queen sized double bed option provided is 2 single beds pushed together with a mattress topper, forming a double bed. Family rooms can take an additional camp bed for the 4th person.
