| Please inform Prasonisi Villas in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the pools will be closed from 20 November 2017 until 28 February 2018. Please note that the cleaning service and the towels/linen change take place once a week. Extra cleaning service is bookable either in advance or locally. A private chef can also be arranged with extra charge, upon availability. |
